HB series industrial gear units overview:
- H.B series gear units adopt currency layout and may transform into special reducer according to customer's requirement.
- The housing of one size can realize parallel shaft,right-angle shaft modes and horizontal,vertical mounting modes. Variety of components is reducible, the number of reducer's mode is augmentable.
- Sound-absorbable structure, lager surface, big fan reduce temperature and noise, advanced grinding process of cylindrical gear and bevel gear improve stability and transmit power more efficeintly.
- Input mode : motor connected flange ,shaft input.
- Output mode: solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with shrink disk, hollow or solid shaft with involute splines , solid shaft with flange.

- Modular design realizes variable combination.

T series spiral bevel gearbox units overview:
- T series spiral bevel gearbox with various types are standardized, all ratios of 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 are actual ones. Average efficiency is 98%.
- There are one input shaft, two input shafts, unilateral output shaft and double side output shaft.
- Spiral bevel gear can rotate in both directions and transmit smoothly, low noise, light vibration, high performance.
- If ratio is not 1:1,if input speed on single-extendalbe shaft, out put speed will be reduced; if input speed on double-exfendable shaft, output speed will be reduced.

MB series characteristics:
- MB reducer consists of compressed drive devices, friction transmission devices and speed-regulating devices.
- Wide speed-regulating range, stable running,
- Speed-regulating range R=5, suitable for constant running at clockwise orcounterclockwise, speed can be varied at the starting or in running.High precision of speed-regulation, coaxial , compact design, light weight. Under permissible load, certain output speed is constant. Stable running, silent, long lifetime, less maintenance, easy operating, high efficiency.
- Rotation direction,
- It realizes coaxial output for basic mode (no combination with other gear units). The rotation direction will varies with different stages of reduction when combining with other gear units.

Running-in requirements
In running-in cycle, temperature rise may be higher than normal, but 60~80 hours later, it will be back to normal. And speed will be varied frequently for long stable running. High temperature in running-in cycle may impact normal running conditions but does no harm to lifetime of components.
