Gearbox

• 80 Ncm
• It has a sturdy fibreglass reiforced polycarbonate housing
• The reduction ratio gears, made in self-lubricating acetal resin to ensure a noiseless operation, rotate on hardened steel pins
• The round-shaped steel output shaft turns on self-lubricating sintered bearings. The motor is fastoned to the gearbox with a removable bracket. This simple coupling allows quick gearbox replacement.
• It is supplied with a standard output shaft with ø 4 x 13.7 mm
• Special ouput shafts are also available on request.
• For this gearbox, both the unidirectional and bidirectional clutch can be mounted on the output shaft.

Gearbox

• 200 Ncm torque
• It has a sturdy die-cast aluminium alloy housing.
• The reduction ratio gears placed near the rotor shaft are made in self-lubricating acetal resin to ensure noiseless operation and to lighten the road on the rotor itself, while the ones near the output shaft, more subjected to stress, are made of metal.
• All gears turn on hardened steel pins.
• The steel output shaft turns on self-lubricating sintered bearings. The motor is fastoned to the gearbox with a removable bracket. This simple coupling allows quick gearbox replacement
• It is supplied with a standard output shaft with ø 8 x 16.3 mm with milled plane 6 x 8 mm.
• Special ouput shafts are also available on request.
• For this gearbox, bidirectional clutch can be mounted on the output shaft.

• It is made up of a 12 V or 24V DC motor and of a gearbox in ABS.
• The reduction ratio gears are made in self-lubricating acetal resin.
• Simple coupling allows quick gear motor assembly.
• It is supplied with an electronical circuit and a 10A-250Vac microswitch, operated by a reversible cam for rotation control every 180° or 360°.
• It is also supplied with a square hole 6.5 x 6.5 mm for drive shaft coupling.
