Mini gearmotor for aerials
The application opposite was created to move aerials. The group, compact and small, is made up of a DC motor from our EC range and a small worm gearbox size 26. Transtecno's modular system offers various solutions for this project. Depending on the application and space available, other gearboxes can be used in order to obtain higher ratios. This feature makes the application ideal for the movement of aerials.

Gearmotor for tugging caravans and boats
A new application has been developed for tugging caravans and boats. The gearmotor is made up of a D.C. motor, a prestage and a worm gearbox. It’s an effective system in order to move and park caravans and boats in the parking lots, suitable for short and slow movement. The use of the prestage increases the efficiency in this application.

Gearmotors for Solar panels and Aerials tracking
The gearmotor is made up of a d.c. motor EC series and a combination of worm gear series WMM/CMM. Thanks to the high gear ratio, movement adjustment is more precise.

Gearmotors for stairlifts / limited mobility
New application dedicated to accessibility equipment; the gearmotor is made up of a DC motor EC series, a CM series worm gear and a safety electromagnetic brake. This application, for any type of stairs – straight, curved or narrow, can be composed by a prestage.

Gearmotors for Tarp systems
The gearmotor is made up of a d.c.motor (battery supply) EC series and a CM series worm gear. Extensive customization is available based on manufacturer application needs.

Gearmotors for transport of disabled people /Limited mobility
The gearmotor is made up of a d.c motor (battery supply) and a P series planetary gear with controlled reversibility. When 90 degree output is necessary, the planetary gear can be replaced by a CM series worm gear.

Gearmotors for confectionery and breadmaking industry
The gearmotor is made up of a d.c. motor EC series and a combination of worm and planetary gear series WMP. It’s particurarly useful for applications that require low speed, high torque and little space.

Our Firetecno gearmotors range has been designed for the pellet boiler sector, in the renewable energy field. Within this range we have two types of gearmotors, both are adaptable in efficiency and in their dimensions (various voltages are available on request ), and both are made up of an AC motor and two combined wormgearboxes.

SolarTecno
This is an application in the field of solar tracking systems (solar tracker). The gearmotor is made up of an AC motor, a pre stage and a worm gearbox, to be assembled on a slewing bearing which is holding and rotating the solar panel. Thanks to the gearmotor high ratio, precise movement and positioning is possible.

PoultryTecno
The PoultryTecno gearmotors range, has been specifically designed for feeding systems in poultry farms. Gearmotors have been made up by combining AC electric motors and single stage helical gearboxes with aluminium housing. A low cost solution, with a high degree of customization. A wide selection of input/output flanges and shafts is available in order to satisfy customers specific demands.
